These terms and conditions govern the use of https://www.foodella.co.uk . This website is an e-commerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate your acceptance that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions page.
All content on our website is the property of FoodElla and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to pictures, text, logo, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of the website.

When you create an account on our website, you agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for your account, its security and privacy, as well as other sensitive information related to the account. After creating the account you agree that all personal information you provide to us is up-to-date and if it changes you will let us know. The website and its owners cannot be held responsible if any mistakes that could arise in order to give any wrong or inaccurate information from the account.
Should we see any violation of these Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to suspend your account.


Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our website.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods displayed on our website at the time you access it. Please note that there might be some minor differences in the visual content of the products due to the import-export of pictures.
We reserve the right to change, refuse or cancel your order if necessary. In case we cancel your order and your payment has been already processed, we will refund the amount you have paid within 2 business days. It is your responsibility to monitor all your payments and to verify receipt of any refunds.
It is possible to have products out of stock when we prepare your order. In that case we will fully refund the amound for all the missing products when despatching your order.
All chilled and frozen producs are kept in the fridge/freezer before leaving our warehouse/shop area. The frozen products are sent in special freezing/cooling bags for transportation and packaging to keep the lower temperature for longer. However, please note that the frozen products could be delivered in a cool condition. We advise you not to refreeze these products after delivery and to consume within 2-3 days.


 

Sale of Alcohol
When you submit an order on our Site you automatically confirm that you have 18 years old and it is your responsibility who will consume the products.
Please note that the year stamped on the wine bottles for the production date is for illustration purposes only when the picture was made to upload the product on the platform. You may receive a bottle with a later / newer production date.


Sale of Vapes
When you submit an order on our Site you automatically confirm that you have 18 years old and it is your responsibility who will consume the products.




Allergies
The Site does not take any responsibility to show pictures of allergens for each product. Every customer is fully responsible to read every label before consuming the product.


Delivery of Frozen Products

When delivering frozen products we use special insulating bags and support them inside with frozen panels to keep them for longer. However, due to travelling from our warehouse to your home address, there is a possibility some of the items to be received in chilled or even fully defrosted condition. Should this happen we strongly advise that you do not refreeze the products but consume them within a couple of days.
Please note that w
hen you submit an order on our Site you automatically confirm that you are aware you may receive your frozen products in chilled or defrosted condition.




Payments

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise us to access your payment and charge the amount due to this payment.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve
  

the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.



Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from the Site, the goods will be delivered through the following methods:
Home delivery to Suffolk and Norfolk areas via FoodElla special fleet. Please note that a delivery charge of £7.99 applies to all orders.
Home delivery (3 to 5 days) via UK independent national courier to the rest of the UK. Please note that a delivery charge of £7.99 applies to all orders in England and Wales, £9.99 to all orders in Scotland and £15.99 to all orders in Northern Ireland.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
You are obliged to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient name. We are not liable if your goods are delivered to the wrong address or wrong recipient as a result of providing inaccurate or incomplete information.



Refunds for Goods

It is not possible to request a refund, except in cases where the food products have different content than the one advertised, and the expiration date has passed. The return request covers only unconsumed and unopened packed products.



Returns

Returns can be made by e-mail. Please send pictures of the products that need to be refunded to info@foodella.co.uk



Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions pages for any changes.
